Virat Kohli will return home after the three games of the on-going One-Day International series in New Zealand. The Team India captain will also not take part in the upcoming three T20 Internationals.

Australia will play three T20Is and five ODIs in India between February 24 and March 13.
Rohit Sharma will lead the team in his absence, while the BCCI has not announced any replacement for Kohli for the five games.
The team India captain has had an outstanding year in the international cricket. He became the first cricketer ever to sweep all the three major International Cricket Council awards – the ICC Cricketer of the Year, ICC Test Player of the Year and the ICC ODI player of the year as the world governing body for the sport yesterday announced its annual awards for 2018. Kohli was also named the captain of the ICC Test and ODI teams of the year.
Along with compatriot Jaspreet Bumrah, he was the only other player to figure in both the teams
