NBA Free Agency 2020: The long wait for the NBA Draft is over after it was confirmed that the Draft will take place virtually on the 18th of November, 2020. The league also confirmed that the Free Agency will start after a few days of the NBA Draft.
Free Agency allows players to trade between teams in the NBA offseason. While it was supposed to begin in October, the dates have been pushed back. There is still no official date as to when the Free Agency will start.
With the training camp starting on the 1st of December and the new season tentatively starting on the 22nd of December, the league will want to start the Free Agency as early as possible so that it is easy for the new players to blend in with their new teams.
