NBA Free Agency 2020: Forward Dario Saric is staying at the Phoenix Suns on a three-year, $27 million contract, according to ESPN.
Saric has shown himself to be a resourceful frontcourt player at the power forward and center spots. He has averaged 10.7 points, and 6.2 rebounds and shot 35.7% from the 3-point range.
Saric’s season blossomed prior to the shutdown and into the Orlando restart, where the Suns went 8-0.
In four games in March, he raised his averages to 18.8 points and 6.8 rebounds in 31.5 minutes. He is likely to re-sign after entering the NBA Free Agency 2020.

How will Dario Saric improve the Phoenix Suns?
Saric picked up his form again in the Orlando bubble, where he flourished in a sixth-man role. He averaged 14.8 points and 7.6 rebounds. He also shot an impressive 57.4% from the field, including 52.4% from the 3-point range.
Saric, 26, was the 12th pick of the NBA 2014 draft. He was traded to the Suns from Minnesota on draft day in 2019.
Saric’s return marks another strong move from the Suns as the franchise looks to get back to the post-season for the first time since 2010.
Last week, the Suns made a huge deal to acquire All-Star point guard Chris Paul from the Oklahoma City Thunder. They also added forward Jae Crowder in free agency.
