Premier League club Brighton have announced a three-year extension deal with Nike, their technical partners.

The deal between the Brighton & Hove Albion and the US sportswear giant, starting with the 2019-20 season, will see Nike continuing to supply playing and training kit for the Albion’s men’s and women’s teams, the under-23 men’s, under-21 women’s, and boys’ and girls’ academy sides.

Albion’s head of commercial, Russell Wood, said, “We have enjoyed an excellent relationship with Nike since they became our technical supplier in 2014 and, in addition to our players benefitting from world-class sporting apparel, we have seen our replica shirt sales grow year on year.

“We are very much looking forward to building on this success on and off the field, and to working with the world’s leading sportswear brand for at least another three years.

“We are extremely proud to have two prestigious global brands like Nike and American Express on our shirts as we prepare for our third season in the top flight.”

David Carmont, VP-GM Nike UK & Ireland said, “We are delighted and proud to extend our partnership with such a progressive and aspirational Premier League club.

“The extension builds on a successful partnership to date and we are excited by the opportunity to further develop the relationship between Nike and all of the club’s teams.

“The partnership reflects the ambitions of Brighton & Hove Albion and the Nike brand’s position within the world of football, in both the men’s and women’s games.”

The club’s new Nike home & away kits are now available online and in store.
