OPPO, the selfie expert and leader, has inked a sponsorship deal with the Pakistan Super League. The Chinese smartphone brand, the official sponsor of the Indian cricket team, will be the Smartphone Partner of PSL 2018.
OPPO, also a global partner of the International Cricket Council for four years, has set a benchmark in the field of cricket and has also introduced speedster of Pakistan cricket team and renowned bowler, Hassan Ali who will be featured as a lead actor in its first TVC of Pakistan. The TVC will be released on 8th of February in Lahore.
OPPO becomes the first international smartphone brand to sponsor the PSL. It has been playing a vibrant role in the development and promotion of sports across the country and this endorsement is another testament to the company’s vision and belief in the potential of Pakistan youth.
PSL 2018 will be the third season of Pakistan’s franchise-based T20 cricket league. The Pakistan Cricket Board had initiated the league in 2015 from overseas venues.
The league this year will kick-start from February 22nd in Dubai. The semi-finals – qualifier and eliminator – are slated for Lahore while the final would be played in Karachi.
