Felix Kjellberg also known as PewDiePie is undoubtedly one of the biggest YouTube content creators on the platform. PewDiePie is synonymous with YouTube Gaming and has almost 110 million subscribers making him the fourth most followed channel in the whole platform. People also know him for the plenty of charitable donations that he makes using the revenue generated from his YouTube channel.

Recently, the Swedish icon revealed that he had managed to donate a huge sum of money to the charity that he has made over the last year from his channel. Last year in November, he revealed that he used to donate the money that he had been earning from the Super Chats to many different charities. This year, he posted that he had donated around $1.5 million to the charity and also provided the total list of all the charities he donated.


He said, “In 2020 and 2021, through membership revenue – which I vouched to donate to charity – we were able to donate the total of $1,520,003 for various amazing charities, all listed below:

· Winston’s Wish

· Save the Children (Lebanon)

· Blue Ocean Foundation

· Papyrus

· Movemeber

· Comic Relief / Red Nose Day

· Book Trust

· World Food Program

· Make A Wish

· Alzheimer’s Research

· Centre for Effective Altruism

My biggest thanks to everyone for making this possible.”

The post got huge positive feedback from the fans as it received over 160,000 likes and almost 3000 comments filled with praises from the whole community for making such a huge impact on these charitable organizations and human lives. The fact that he earns over $1 million from membership and chooses to donate it to several charities is an inspiration for all of us.
