Quinton de Kock’s International Debut: De Kock’s first game at the highest level was a T20I against New Zealand in Durban. He scored an unbeaten 28 in the match. It was after he started scoring hundreds the next year in ODIs that his reputation gained ground.
Quinton de Kock’s Test Record: Once he was scoring big runs in ODIs, it was only a matter of time before de Kock got an opportunity in the longest format. He first did in 2014 and then slowly established himself in the side with consistent performances. He has scored hundreds in Australia and India and has played good knocks in other countries too.
Quinton de Kock’s ODI Record: Quinton de Kock made his ODI debut in 2013, at home. It was later that year that he played his breakthrough innings in UAE against Pakistan. Then, later that year, he scored three successive hundreds against India at home to grab the attention of the whole world. He currently has 15 ODI tons to his name.
Quinton de Kock’s T20 Record: The left-hander’s aggressive batting style was bound to succeed in T20 cricket but he got his maiden T20I fifty after quite a few games. But, he remains a consistent batsman who is a big danger at the top of the order.
Quinton de Kock’s IPL Record: The South African keeper-batsman played IPL for the first time in 2013 but his first two seasons were uneventful. However, from 2015 onwards, he starting coming into his own and has been devastating since. He scored more than 500 runs in the last two seasons and over 400 in another.
