As a possible outcome, it is very likely that we will be able to witness mobile iterations of the platforms’ most popular games such as The Last of Us & Uncharted. However, don’t get too excited as the job description also reads that a roadmap needs to be developed within a timeframe of 3 to 5 years. Like all good things, there’s a long wait ahead before we get to see the AAA titles on mobile.

With the ever-growing multi-billion dollar industry of mobile gaming within the grasp, Sony is confident enough that it can compete with the likes of PUBG Mobile, Garena Free Fire, & Pokemon GO. Previously, we have seen mobile adaptions of big PC titles like COD Mobile achieving one of the biggest openings in the history of mobile gaming.
