EVERTON danced and dazzled their way past Brighton with a James Rodriguez-inspired win. 

The Colombian scored twice as Carlo Ancelotti’s men were left smiling at the summit of the Premier League thanks to a 4-2 win.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin scored his ninth goal of the season and James Rodriguez netted twice as Everton beat Brighton to make it four Premier League wins from four for the impressive table-topping Toffees.

Everton replicate title-winning start from 1969-70

Premier League : Chelsea thrashes Crystal Palace 4-0, Chilwell, Jorginho shines

Earlier BEN CHILWELL had a dream debut for Chelsea as he helped the Blues to a 4-0 win over Crystal Palace with a goal and assist.

The left back netted the opener from close range and followed that up with a pintpoint cross for Kurt Zouma to head home a second.

Jorginho then added two penalties as Cesar Azpilicueta was forced to intervene when Tammy Abraham attempted to grab the ball off for the Italian and take the second kick.
