On the contrary, Southampton have more than exceeded expectations and, even with key injuries, continue to grind out results, drawing 1-1 with Wolves prior to this game. On paper, and off the back of their convincing 4-1 victory over Istanbul Basaksehir mid-week, United should be winning this one, but a draw wouldn’t be too surprising.
