The result keeps Burnley on 15th position, six points above the relegation zone.
Leicester remains third with 50 points.
In other fixtures, bottom-placed Sheffield United defeated Aston Villa 1-0. David McGoldrick was the sole goalscorer of the match. The places of these two teams remain unchanged. Villa are placed ninth.
Meanwhile, Man City continues to lead the table 15 points on top of the table. Man Utd, Leicester and West Ham are among top-four teams in the Premier League.
