The 12-team and three-month-long PKL will start from tomorrow (Saturday) with the tie between Telugu Titans and U Mumba at Hyderabad’s Gachi Bowli Stadium from sharp 7 pm IST.

The 12-team league is the biggest and longest professional sports league in the country. The new season will see all teams play each other twice in a double round-robin format with Telugu Titans being the home team during the first leg. Telugu Titans will be eager to get off to a flying start in their own backyard and set the foundation for a successful season. U Mumba, too, will be hoping to get winning momentum on their side in a bid to better their Playoff stage finish from last year.

Star Sports, host broadcaster and co-promote of Pro Kabaddi League, has assured a broadcast plan for No. 1 non-cricket league in the country. The Pro Kabaddi League Season 7 will be broadcast live on seven Star Sports network channels with simultaneous streaming on Star India’s video on demand platform Hotstar.

The matches in the 12-team league scheduled to start from 7 pm will be broadcast live on  Star Sports 1 Hindi, India’s No. 1 sports channel for the past two months, Star Sports 2, Star Sports 2 HD, Star Sports 1 Tamil, Star Sports 1 Kannada, Star Sports 1 Telugu and Star Sports 1 Marathi. Hotstar will stream all the PKL Live feed.
