PSG star Neymar's Counter-Strike: Go skills get viral, is now being dubbed as next big esports superstar

PSG star Neymar’s Counter-Strike: With no introduction needed to his football skills, Neymar Jr is now breaking the internet with another clutch that did. However, it was not football this time. With a fabulous clutch that he made in the popular multiplayer First Person Shooter (FPS) game– Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS: GO), he is being deemed as the next “eSport superstar” by people on the internet, and rightly so.

The Brazillian footballer is not just popular on the football field, he also has quite a few numbers on Twitch, a streaming app. Well, quite a few is over 1.2 million followers… With fans going crazy over how he managed the feat, Rod Breslau, who is an eSports consultant and insider, tweeted saying someone needs to get the next eSports Superstar on their team. Neymar’s 1v5 clutch has even CS: GO calling him and asking him to join the team.

Neymar’s presence on Twitch, and now his impeccable display of skills is only making one wonder what the 28-year-old will be looking forward to. An earlier tweet by the football star, which seemingly looked like a logo of some sorts, has Esports Talk host Jake Lucky suspecting if Neymar is looking at making an eSports organisation of his ownthan an organisation logo.

Twitter users were also quick to back Neymar’s skills in CS: GO and said, “We just found THE PLAYER who can solo take on a team consisting of S1mple, Zywoo, device, Niko and Syrson/Ropz with Zonic as coach and still win.”

CS: GO fans undoubtedly are keeping their eyes on any kind of announcement when it comes to Neymar and his entry in the world of esports in one form or the other.
