PSL 2021: 3 international stars who pulled out of the second leg- Despite a short stint of Pakistan Super League or PSL 2021 second leg, as many as three international players have pulled out of their franchise for national duty. These players are South Africa’s David Miller and West Indies allrounder Fabian Allen and speedster Fidel Edwards.
Ahead of departure, Peshawar Zalmi batsman David Miller said, “It was really enjoyable to play a knock like that. I was going to play three games for the team and it was nice to contribute,” as quoted by Geo TV.
“I was able to hit a few sixes and fours. After the start I had I wanted to make amends and get it right. Kamran batted beautifully. When he was not going I was going and vice versa. It was a very nice partnership,” he added.

South Africa will play a 5-match t20I series against West Indies starting June 26. It will be followed by a 3-match ODI series.
Fabian Allen and Fidel Edwards are also departing from the same franchise. When it comes to the points table the PSL franchise has registered 4 wins in 8 matches and placed in top 3 of the PSL 2021 Points Table.

The absence of three key players is likely to impact the PSL franchise in the knockout stages. Notably, Miller had slammed a match-winning 73 against Quetta Gladiators on Saturday.
Peshawar Zalmi will next face Karachi Kings tonight. It will then take on Peshawar Zalmi on June 17 ahead of the PSL 2021 knockout stages.
Notably, PSL 2021 Final will take on June 24.
