PSL 2021: David Miller contradicts Faf du Plessis’ T20 leagues comment, says ‘it’s good’ for cricket- South Africa and Rajasthan Royals batsman David Miller, who will play for Peshawar Zalmi in the Pakistan Super League, contradicted his SA teammate Faf du Plessis about his views on T20 leagues. Du Plessis called the growing T20 leagues a threat to international cricket but Miller believes it is good for cricket.
Commenting on his teammate Faf du Plessis’ views about international cricket under threat from T20 leagues worldwide, Miller said he looks at it in a positive aspect.

At end of the day, I just want to play cricket because I love travelling, meeting different people and playing for different teams. Those are the joys of international cricket, to be honest,” he told Dawn.
PSL 2021: David Miller added that he is excited to play in the Pakistan Super League. “It feels very nice to be here, although I won’t be here for too long. The guys are gelling nicely and it’s really very exciting. The Peshawar Zalmi guys are training hard and there a buzz around the whole camp is creating a wonderful environment,” dawn.com quoted David Miller as saying.
“I’ve played in Abu Dhabi a couple of times and it’s really a very nice stadium here. Therefore, we have to adapt quickly because we don’t [yet] what’s the pitch like whether it would be slow and low or has true bounce or whatever but we’ve got make adjustments and bat accordingly,” he added.
