The name of the official YouTube channel & the official website of PUBG has been changed to Battlegrounds Mobile India as well. 
 
With a new blog post on the official website, the developers has confirmed the game is releasing soon indeed. Now, as per the poster and teaser, the new game does not look different from PUBG Mobile. However, while it looks similar on the outside, Krafton certainly has made big changes from inside.

Game developers revealed that Battlegrounds Mobile India would feature significant in-game changes that will reflect “local needs”, making the game more relatable to Indian players. PUBG Mobile catered the global audience and hence usually had more global content.

The game publisher has been busy making arrangements to maximize data security for its players and adhere to the local regulations. All this to avoid any possibility of getting banned in the future as the game has also been accused of being explicit & violent for young minds.
The company has now updated its terms & conditions that includes the players to provide the phone numbers of their parents. Additionally, for players under 18 years of age, they will only be allowed to play the game for a maximum of 3 hours in a day.
