PUBG Battlegrounds Mobile India: PUBG Mobile India head gives big update- Check:Amidst, all the leaks & predictions about the re-launch of India’s favourite battle-royale title, some official updates have finally been shared by the parent company & its publishers. Since, the release of an official teaser by PUBG Mobile India back in November 2020, now, we finally have some official updates after an insufferable wait of 6 months.
In recent developments, all the official handles of PUBG Mobile India have been revamped to a new title. The game is to release in India with a brand-new name “Battlegrounds Mobile India”. The company confirmed the news with a blog post on their official new website. Now, Aneesh Arvind, who’s a part of the Publishing Operations at Karfton Inc. the South Korean Parent Company, has shared the news in a Linked In post.
While there has been no official post on Social Media handles of Battlegrounds Mobile India, a new teaser video of the India Centric version of the game has been released on the official YouTube channel. Taking everything into consideration, an exact release date is likely to drop real soon.
Content Creator & official PUBG Mobile partner Ocean Sharma shared his thoughts about the recent developments. He shared “Some members of the community were already aware of it, but due to the limitations, we were not allowed to disclose anything. However, I believe the audience was aware of something coming today and received it.”
In addition to this, the company now has an updated Terms & Conditions Policy. The new terms include, “When you play our game we do not knowingly collect, use or share any personal information for those who are under 18 years of age without verifiable parental consent or as permitted by law,”.
Furthermore, players under 18 years of age, will be asked to provide the mobile phone number of parents or guardian to confirm the age of the player and legal eligibility to play the game. “If you are a parent or guardian and you can trust on Krafton, that your child with under 18 years of age who provided us with personal information. Their information will not be shared with anyone without your consent. When you feel that you wanted to delete information from the servers you can contact Krafton and request your child’s information to be deleted from our system,” it adeed.

Hence, if you are under 18 years of age, there will be a strict rule for the limit of playing game or using money for paid services in-game. Players under 18 years will get 3 hours to play in a day with Rs 7000 limit of daily uses in paid services.
