In the Traverse – Insectoid game modes, three random labs will spawn across the map. Titled ‘in Human Lab’, after entering the structure, players will be able to find a machine that looks like a giant scanner. Once inside the scanner, an option will pop up on player’s screen & if they tap on it, players will find themselves turned into an insect.

As per the video, while players are in the Insect Mode, they’ll be able to fly around the map & collect points. Although, you can only roam around in a limited area while you’re in insect mode. If you step outside the zone/barrier, you’ll go back to your human form. There’s also a teleporter inside the lab that will enable players to teleport to other lab locations instantly.

As posted by the officials, the Traverse-Insectoid mode will allow players to explore the battlegrounds from a completely new perspective. More details will be revealed once it goes live on 9th June.
