PUBG Mobile Pro League Season 3 South Asia announced: After successfully completing the Club Open competitions across South Asia, PUBG Mobile Esports will conduct the PUBG Mobile Pro League (PMPL) Season 3 South Asia from March 23. The tournament that will go on till April 18 will be played in two stages — the league stage and the grand finals.

With PUBG Mobile banned in India, the tournament will be played between other South Asian countries such as Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal and other nations in the region. PUBG Mobile Pro League Season 3 will follow a similar path as the 2020 World League with 20 teams fighting it out on the first two days in the league stage which will serve as the qualifier for the finals.

The top 16 teams will move to the Weekly Finals and will compete in the Super Weekend between April 15 and 18. The teams’ points in the Super Weekend will be considered for the final leaderboard and the ultimate prize pool and the title.

The teams that will finish in the Top 9 of the grand finals in the PUBG Mobile Pro League Season 3 will qualify for the regional finals which will be played between May 13 and 16.

Who are participating?

Teams that finished in the Top 8 of the PUBG Mobile Pro League Season 2 South Asia league stage will directly qualify for Season 3. Mongolian team, Zeus Esports which finished in third place at the PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2020 finals has been invited.

Other than them, Top 11 teams from the Club Open finals in South Asia have also qualified for the Pro League including the top three teams from PMCO 2021 Spring Pakistan, Bangladesh and Nepal. Apart from them, two teams from the South Asia zone have received wild card entries.
