Sachin Tendulkar and PV Sindhu will not invest in the CallHealth Services.
The former batting legend and the ace shuttler have reportedly suspended their talks for investment in the Hyderabad based health services, PTI has reported quoting a source close to Tendulkar.
The discussions could not go beyond the preliminary rounds, the source close to Tendulkar’s has said.
CallHealth was expecting an INR 12 crore investment from Sachin and INR 4 crore from Sindhu. This was revealed in a regulatory filing informing the company’s extraordinary general meeting to seek share-holders approval for a proposed investment.
CallHealth Services CFO Satish Kottakota has confirmed that “Tendulkar and Sindhu have not made any investments into CallHealth pursuant to the filing of the EGM notice, which is mandatory for resultant changes in the shareholding pattern”.
Sindhu’s coach and former All-England champion Pullela Gopichand is one of the earlier investors in the company.
