Sony Pictures Network English movie channel Sony Pix has also geared up to capitalise on the FIFA World Cup 2018 final. Sony Pix has tied up with Gold’s Gym for an enhanced audience engagement for the FIFA World Cup 2018.

Sony Pix in a bid to have better engagement with the World Cup audience has collaborated with fitness centre Gold’s Gym and one-stop destination for events, Kasa Kai Mumbai, to engage with the audience and tap into the football mania – taking its hot football property Sony Pix Football Fever from on air to the ground. 

\With Gold’s Gym, the channel has curated a fitness routine inspired by the biggest Hollywood stars and Footballers called Sony PIX Football Fever Session. Spread across 16 locations in five cities – Delhi, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Pune and Bangalore – this session will have a football as part of the workout drill so that the fitness freak football fans can like their favourite stars. 

The channel will be present at the special screenings organised for the final match at pubs such as True Tram Trunk in Mumbai and Flip @ MTV Café in Mumbai and Delhi. Here too, participants get to win merchandise from Sony PIX and an F&B voucher from the pub if they win at a Hollywood and Football quiz. 

The final kick is saved for the grand finale between France and Croatia on 15 July 2018 with what the broadcaster claims is the biggest football live screening Mumbai has ever seen. Over 5,000 people are expected to gather to watch the final match at Jio Garden, Mumbai and Sony PIX fans get to win exclusive invites for this event on their social media page.
