Sporty Solutionz, India’s leading sports business and sports management company, will launch India’s first and exclusively dedicated media platform for the sport of wrestling. The Wrestling TV will start live streaming with the UWW World Championship in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan from September 14 to 22.
The Sporty Solutionz’s dedicated wrestling digital media platform Wrestling TV will be one of its kind website that will offer news, views, reviews, statistics, intelligence, videos and live-streaming of all the major wrestling action.
Sporty Solutionz has been contributing to the growth of wrestling in India as the commercial partner of the Wrestling Federation of India. The company has been instrumental in roping in key sponsorships for Indian wrestling like the Tata Motors-WFI tie-up.
Sporty Solutionz’s wrestling digital media platform – Wrestling TV – has the digital streaming rights of the United World Wrestling events by virtue of the Sporty Solutionz-UWW media rights association.
“Sporty Solutionz is our media partner for the Indian sub-continent. I congratulate them for taking global wrestling to every fan in India through mobile handsets and computer screens with the Wrestling TV. This will increase the reach of wrestling in the territory and further boost the popularity of the sport in India,” said UWW chief Nenad Lalovic.
“Wrestling as a sport has a deep mass base with tremendous commercial potential. Diehard fans are deprived of quality content and information. As commercial partners of the WFI, we realised that the sport needed proper channelisation and timely updates for all the information to further ignite the passion of millions of fans,” says Sporty Solutionz chief executive Ashish Chadha.
“WFI has endorsed our viewpoint to take the sport to the next level – for players, fans and other stakeholders. Wrestling TV shall establish that missing link between the fan who is starved of the authentic information and all development in the sport the world over.
Indian wrestlers are excited with the prospect of their international bouts reaching live to the millions of fans.
