The Senior National Kabaddi Championship for men and women is being played at the Gachibowli Sports Complex, Hyderabad, from December 31 to January 5, 2018. The quarter-finals on Thursday and semi-finals and the final on Friday are being broadcast live on SSF with Hindi commentary. Star Sports has roped in veteran duo Sanjay Banerjee and Sunil Taneja along with a young voice, anchor-turned-commentator Manish Batavia.
The seasoned pro and veteran sports journalist Banerjee and Taneja, better known as the Dada and Doc duo, establish a strong connect with the sport as the voices of PKL. The duo has a strong fan base among kabaddi-loving masses in India.
