Star Sports First the first free to air private sports channel is emerging stronger by the week, thanks primarily to tremendous PKL viewership across rural and urban sectors. The channel in week 33 has registered about 2.5 million more impression that its data for the previous week. Approximately 210 million impressions give Star Sports First a lead of almost seven million over second placed Star Sports 1 Hindi. Sony Six, which was placed at No. 5 last week, has emerged as the No. 3 sports channel, relegating Sony Ten and Star Sports 2 to the fourth and fifth position respectively.
