Tokyo Olympics Closing Ceremony LIVE: How to watch live, Date, Time, Venue, Schedule, and all you need to know- The closing ceremony of the Olympics will take place on Sunday marking the end of the world’s biggest sporting event held in Tokyo. After some heartwarming moments of triumph and sporting glory, the games will come to a close with an eye on a return of the quadrennial games in Paris three years later. The theme of “Moving Forward” will be consistent with the COVID-19 pandemic in mind and social distancing will be adhered to all performances.
The Games have been historic, to say the least, with more mixed-gender events added to increase diversity, while many transgender athletes also made their debut at the Summer Games. This was also the first Olympics to be held without spectators, but the organizers hope that the past 17 days will provide us with food for thought about diversity and inclusion.

The final day of action will not be dull with medal rounds for the Men’s marathon final, Woman’s rhythmic gymnastics, and women’s basketball to be played. The medal matches for handball, boxing, track cycling, water polo, and volleyball will also be played.
At the Olympics closing ceremony, wrestling superstar Bajrang Punia will be the flag bearer at the parade. At the time of writing, the Indian contingent has won five medals, two silver, and three bronze, but could add three more to their tally on the penultimate day of the Summer Games.
