On September 8, WWE announced that Triple H, after suffering a massive cardiac arrest, successfully underwent a heart surgery at the Yale New Haven Hospital in New Haven.
Triple H Health Updates: WWE released a statement after his surgery noticing that The Game is on the road to recovery. Now, Triple H himself has made his first comments regarding the recovery in a Tweet via his official Twitter handle. He mentioned how grateful he is towards his friend Shawn Michaels and all the NXT crew who have supported him in this tenacious time. He wrote,
“I’ve been blown away by the outreach and support from so many people. I’m recovering, doing well, & deeply grateful for all the love in my life. Especially grateful for @ShawnMichaels & all the Superstars & crew @WWENXT! (Steph and the girls loved the snacks!) See you soon.”

Triple H Health Updates: Triple H is willing to return soon
This cardia arrest thing has taken a lot from the former World Champion, and he is already looking to get back to work. It was reported on September 17 that he has been taking phone calls and is in a good shape. WWE talents wished him well post-September 17, but they couldn’t talk any business stuff with him.
Triple H’s road to recovery is steady, and he could be back to work sooner than expected. We will be updating you with all his latest health conditions. On the work front, The Game is no longer the in-charge of NXT and also missed the premiere episode of NXT 2.0 last week. It was already reported that the revamped NXT will be managed by Bruce Prichard & Vince McMahon, and Triple H didn’t have any involvement whatsoever in the premiere episode of NXT 2.0.
