UAE vs IRELAND ODI Series: Emirates Cricket Board (ECB) has declared that 2nd ODI match against Ireland has been suspended. According to a release by ECB though no new positive cases have been returned the decision, supported by Cricket Ireland, was made due to the UAE team remaining in quarantine as directed by authorities on January 11th.
Emirates Cricket Board and Cricket Ireland have agreed that tomorrow’s ODI will be suspended.
While there are no new COVID-19 cases reported, the UAE squad remains in quarantine and discussions continue regarding the rescheduling of fixtures

Earlier the 2nd ODI match between the two nations was suspended on Tuesday due to 4 more positive cases in the UAE camp.
The future of the four-match series is uncertain now. It is still be decided, when and how the suspended match will be rescheduled.
