  1. Real Sociedad vs Manchester United: The English giants, after missing out on the Round-of-16 spot in the UEFA Champions League, will take on Spanish club Real Sociedad on February 18 in a Round-of-32 match at Juventus Stadium in Turin, Italy. The match that was supposed to be held in Spain was shifted to Italy due to the host country’s newly imposed COVID-19 restrictions.

Although inconsistent in the Premier League, the Red Devils would like to add to the silverware and Sociedad will be the first step. Placed second in the league with 46 points from 24 matches, United have drawn three in their last five games, winning the other two including a 9-0 thrashing of Southampton in the Premier League.

Sociedad are placed fifth in the league with 38 points from 23 games. The Spanish club has won two, drawn two and lost one in the last five games. The two teams have met only twice before. In the 2012-13 UEFA Champions League, United came out on top with a 1-0 win over two legs.

Team news: United will be without Paul Pogba who has been ruled out with injury for both the legs. However, Sociedad have been given the boost of Mikel Oyarzabal’s return while Adnan Januzaj still remains doubtful.
