UEFA Europa League Results: Tottenham and Roma grab easy wins, AS Roma settles for a draw

UEFA Europa League Results: Tottenham Hotspurs secured a comfortable 4-0 win over Ludogorets. Youngster Carlos Vinicius started the scoring in the 16th minute for the London side. He then scored another to secure a brace and double Tottenham’s lead before half-time. Harry Winks and Lucas Moura scored in the second half to put the game to bed.

Tottenham sits 2nd in Group J, having the same points as Antwerp(9). They have won the last 2 games and will need to win the next match as they are only 3 points ahead of LASK.

UEFA Europa League Results: AS Roma get an easy away win

AS Roma won the 4th match of Group A against CFR Cluj. Roma dominated possession throughout the match. The first goal of the match came in the 49′ minute as CFR Cluj’s Gabriel Debeljuh scored an own goal. Roma’s Jordan Veretout provided an insurance goal as the away side came away with the 3 points.

Roma sits at the top of Group A, 3 points ahead of Young Boys. They have 10 points and are still unbeaten in their group (P4, W3, D1, L0)

UEFA Europa League Results: Benfica settle for a draw

The 4th match of Group D between Rangers and Benfica ended in a 2-2 draw as the teams came out with a point each. Rangers’ Scott Arfield opened the scoring in 7′ minute and Kemar Roofe doubled his lead in the 69′ minute. Rangers’s James Tavernier scored an own goal which cut their lead in half. Pizzi scored in the 81′ minute to equalize for the Portuguese side.

Rangers and Benfica have 8 points each in Group D, but Benfica lead in goal difference. Both the teams have the same record (P4, W2, D2, L2).
