Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma – Virushka – are rated the most ‘Trustworthy’ and ‘Respected’ brand couples. The cricketer-actor duo is also billed in the number two and three positions respectively in the ‘Distinctive’ and ‘Different’ categories in the Power Couples’ Brand Power report.
Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh – DeepVeer – find the top billing in the ‘Traditional’ categories, while another Bollywood pair Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have been rated best among most ‘Stylish’ and ‘Different’ couples in the brand endorsement business. The revelation is made in a report ‘Power Couples’ Brand Power’ published by business daily Economic Times. Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna – AksTwink – are the most ‘Distinctive’ couple.
The report has rated India’s leading ‘Brand Couples’ in the most Stylish, Distinctive, Traditional, Different, Trustworthy and Respected categories. Akshay Kumar and Twinke Khanna are the only couple to figure among the top three in all the six categories.
India’s leading brand icon, Kohli along with wife Anushka tops the billing in the categories – Trustworthy and Respected – the brands look the most for the maximum impact among their targeted clientele.
Among most Trustworthy power couples of the brand world, Virushka top the table with 72 points, followed by DeepVeer (70) and AkshTwink (65). Virushka (79), DeepVeer (78) and AkshTwink (74) also feature in the same order among the top three most-respected brand couples in the country.
Kohli and Anushka, however, do not feature among the top three ‘Stylish’ couples – comprising Ranbir Alia (76), Saifeena (75) and AksTwink (74) – as well as in the ‘Traditional’ couples table, which has DeepVeer (72), AbhiAsh (70) and AksTwink (68).
