Shane talked about how being honest with the team and having respect for each other is important to win. No matter what industry you are a part of, it is important that you are honest with your team. He gave an example of how he would be honest in sharing with his teammates why they haven’t made it into the playing XI this time. “They may feel hurt, but they will always respect you for your honesty,” said Warne.
On being asked by one of the ladies present about how to best deal with stress and anxiety at work, Shane advised, “It can be a daunting experience when you have to deliver in front of your bosses when you know you are going to be judged. However, there are three things to keep in mind to perform to your potential. Prepare well, feel fresh and be happy.”
