WWE Hell in Cell 2021: After what transpired last week on WWE Smackdown, it seems like WWE is pointing towards a potential WWE universal Championship clash between Roman Reigns and Rey Mysterio at the Hell in a Cell pay-per-view. 

Roman Reigns brutally attacked Rey and Dominik last week!

WWE Hell in Cell 2021: The Tribal Chief shockingly laid an assault on the Smackdown Tag Team Champions Rey & Dominik Mysterio last week. The father-son duo was in a match against The Usos defending their Tag Team Titles. Just when it looked like The Mysterio’s were closing on a win, Roman Reigns interrupted with a Superman Punch to Dominik and a Spear to Rey to disqualify the match.

Roman wasn’t done there. Ge continued the assault on Rey and Dominik, both inside and outside the ring, and eventually choked Dominik to sleep. After what took place on last week’s WWE Smackdown, Roman Reigns might defend his Universal Title against Rey Mysterio at the Hell in a Cell pay-per-view.

Paul Heyman has dropped a hint for a potential Roman Reigns vs. Rey Mysterio at Hell in a Cell!

WWE Hell in Cell 2021: Roman’s Special Counsel Paul Heyman was present at Talking Smack after Smackdown ended. While speaking with the presenter Kayla Braxton, Paul forewarned Rey that he should not try to take revenge on Roman after what The Tribal Chief did to his son. Heyman said,

“You’re a legend. Breaking your son into this industry, and you’re coming up against the Tribal Chief, and what happened last night was on a whim. It was the temper of the Head of the Table because he felt his family was disrespected, and you’re gonna come for revenge. You haven’t declared your mission…your vendetta yet, Rey. Don’t. Don’t make this mistake, please I implore you, I beg you, and I’m not a begging man. Don’t make the mistake of thinking that the next time Roman Reigns decides to target you or your son that it won’t be strategized in advance.”

  • Rhea Ripley vs. Charlotte Flair (Raw Women’s Championship)
  • Bianca Belair vs. Bayley (Smackdown Women’s Championship)
  • Bobby Lashley vs. Drew McIntyre (WWE Championship)
