WWE: Major adjustment for Edge’s Wrestlemania 37 opponent, check out who he will face now

Many fans think the next big feud involving WWE Champion Randy Orton is with Edge. The two had something going earlier this year when they met in two matches and the feud seemed to be only getting started. Edge was injured during one of them and Randy Orton went on to win the WWE Championship a few weeks back.

Reports say the plan is for Edge to face Randy Orton at Wrestlemania 37. But the wrestling giant could have other plans too. WrestleVotes recently reported that WWE officials have talked about taking a different route. The new route would be Edge going up against The Fiend (Bray Wyatt).

Here is what their tweet says:

WrestleMania update: Source states that while Edge vs Randy Orton has been the long standing plan, and still is at the moment, the idea of Edge vs The Fiend has been discussed a great deal for the show.

Edge made his big return at this year’s Royal Rumble after being out of the sport for nine years. He then feuded with Randy Orton and even delivered a message to The Viper that made it seem like the story would continue. The Fiend recently held the WWE Universal Championship but he is now involved in a story with Alexa Bliss and several superstars who have crossed his path, including Kevin Owens.

It will be interesting to see what WWE goes with for Edge’s WM 37 match.
