WWE News: This latest WWE news is regarding the former WWE Divas champion Paige. Having put her in-ring career to an abrupt end due to a career-ending neck injury in 2018, Paige has provided a massive update regarding her medical condition.
Paige took to her official Twitter handle on Friday and informed her ardent fans that she has resumed gym and squatting around 185 lbs, surely promising numbers. Below is what Paige wrote,
“You guys I’m getting stronger. Squatting 185lbs again. I know it’s not a ton but it’s a big accomplishment for me who was worried to do any gym stuff because of my neck. But my neck is feeling so awesome. I’m so proud of myself.”

The message from Paige received massive praise from Former Divas Champion Beth Phoenix, along with Nikki A.S.H and Zelina Vega. Former NXT North American Champion Bronson Reed, who is on the verge of receiving a main-roster call-up, also dropped a message of his own encouraging Paige.
WWE News: Will Paige ever return to in-ring competition?
Time and time again, Paige has admitted that wrestling is her first love. She announced her retirement at the tender age of 25 years following Wrestlemania 34 in 2018. It was a WWE live event in 2017 where she faced Sasha Banks and got injured there itself. Later, she worked as a manager to Kabuki Warriors (Asuka and Kairi Sane) and also as a backstage expert on FS1, and as a General Manager of Friday Night Smackdown, but an in-ring return eluded her sights.
Paige has always believed in returning to the squared circle. She draws inspiration from Daniel Bryan and WWE Hall of Famer Edge, who made a remarkable comeback from career-ending neck injuries. Paige is stoked to return to the ring one day and revolutionize the women’s division the way she did back in 2014-15.
WWE News: Paige is 28 now and still can have a fruitful career if she gets medically cleared to compete in the ring. We all are hopeful for her to return someday and do what she does best.
