WWE News: This latest piece of WWE news is regarding Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. Seems like rumors surfacing around The Great One’s return before or close to WWE Survivor Series are true. As noted earlier, WWE has plans to celebrate The Rock’s 25th anniversary as a WWE Superstar at the Survivor Series PPV in November and probably plant seeds for a dream match against his cousin Roman Reigns at Wrestlemania 38.
For his Survivor Series scenario to fall into place, it is being reported that The Rock will have to return to commence the buildup for the PPV event. According to Andrew Zarian of Mat Men Podcast, The Rock, who might appear at the PPV event in November, is also expected to appear on both WWE Smackdown and WWE Raw while he is building for a match against his cousin Roman Reigns.

WWE News: The Rock to appear before Survivor Series?
Survivor Series is one of the four marquee events of WWE. The Rock, who will be completing his 25 years as a WWE performer in November, will celebrate this milestone achievement at an event where he made his WWE debut in 1996, i.e., WWE Survivor Series.
Just Like John Cena and Edge returns were part of the surprise, plans can often change with WWE. Right now, we are hearing that The Rock will appear on the PPV, but one could assume that The Great one might return a few weeks before the PPV event to set the tone for it.
The date and venue for WWE Survivor Series 2021 have not been finalized, but rumors are that the marquee event might take place in November at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York City.
