WWE Prediction: Former Tag Team Champ predicts, “Roman Reigns will be back as a babyface”: WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns is currently enjoying one of his best storylines in WWE. He has become the Head of the Table, and with Paul Heyman by his side, the ‘Heel’ Roman Reigns is doing wonders.
Roman is one of the best heels on the current roster. But, former WWE Tag Team Champion Dr. Tom Prichard feels that at some stage Reigns will be back as a babyface. He said that Reigns will be experiencing a “babyface explosion” at some stage of his current run.
Prichard trained Roman Reigns at FCW in 2010
Not many fans know this fact that Roman Reigns, in his FCW days back in 2010, was trained by Dr. Prichard. Having watched him closely, Prichard thinks that Reigns would be back as a babyface after earning respect of more fans. Talking with Chris Featherstone of SK Wrestling, Prichard said,
“I do [think he will be a babyface again]. “I think it’s a respect that the more he does, the more respect he will gain. It’s kind of like Cena. Even though people boo Cena or do the Angle chant when Kurt would come out, you knew, and fans still respected those guys because they were professional, and they performed every night on that level. So, I think Reigns is going to have the same thing happen to him too. He is doing what he doing now.”
No clarity on Roman Reigns opponent for Hell in a Cell pay-per-view
After defeating Cesaro fair and square at Wrestlemania Backlash, the Universal Champion Roman Reigns still awaits his next challenger. He has been a guiding light for his cousin Jey Uso. However, his other cousin Jimmy is not following the same path as his brother. WWE could well be planning for a Jimmy vs. Reigns high octane bout at Hell in a Cell pay-per-view in July for the Universal Championship to settle everything once and for all between the two.
