Below are the  WWE Raw Monday Night Raw Results and Highlights from the night

Raw Tag-Team Championship: RK-Bro vs. MVP & Bobby Lashley- The match started with AJ Styles and Omos commentating. Riddle and Bobby Lashley started off the proceedings with Riddle feeling the heat. Lashley hit a massive suplex on the Original Bro and tagged in MVP.

MVP continued the assault on Riddle with some offense of his own until Riddle forced his way into the corner and tagged Randy in. Randy then targeted MVP’s hands and attacked lethally in his familiar style. Before going to the commercial, Riddle leaped outside to take out both MVP and Riddle.

After the commercial, Riddle and Lashley were in the ring and Lashley hit a vicious face-first on Riddle to wear him down. Lashley was quick to tag in MVP but he couldn’t do much damage as Riddle somehow found a way to tag in Randy.

Randy Orton completely changed the momentum as he body-slammed MVP and then Lashley who was trying to get in was hit with the famous middle-rope DDT from Randy. As the Viper was going for an RKO on Bobby Lashley, MVP came running in and hit a big boot on Randy.

Another tag from MVP and the WWE Champion took The Viper out with utmost ease. Lashley was clearing the ring and the outside until Randy Orton slammed him right into the corner post on the outside of the ring.

In the closing moments, MVP was rocked by a punt knee from Riddle and then the moonsault from the top rope ended the night for MVP. After the match got over, Riddle got speared by Bobby Lashley, right before the latter got hit by an RKO out of nowhere from Randy Orton.

Xavier Woods vs. AJ Styles- Woods started off with some fierce chest chops. He rocked AJ with his tactics and even when the two went outside the ring, Xavier slammed AJ face-first on the barricade.

Woods rolled AJ inside the ring and hopped back-first on AJ Styles back. Just when it looked Woods was gaining control, AJ attacked the left leg of Woods and started working on it. AJ hit a Stunner style maneuver on Woods’s left leg and then attacked it more to deteriorate.

The momentum then swung into the favor of Woods as he started his offense despite hopping on almost one leg. He kicked AJ on his breadbasket to gain momentum followed by placing him on the top turnbuckle, laying him down, and hitting a dropkick.

In the final moments of the match, AJ Styles again targeted the injured leg of Xavier Woods and placed a Calf Crusher that made Xavier Woods tap out after going through some severe pain.

Omos (with AJ Styles) vs. John Morrison- Morrison was no match for the giant, but his incredible agility saw him escape many offenses and moves of Omos. We saw Omos’ domination and it was all the same for the entire match.

Morrison did trouble Omos for a bit in the initial stages of the match, but a clothesline outside the ring followed by a double hand chokeslam ended John Morrison’s freakish stay in the ring.

Backstage- John Morrison was supposed to face The Miz tonight, but the latter is not present tonight. Therefore, he requested for a fight against the biggest man in the building and it was none other than Omos.

 

 

Charlotte Flair vs. Nia Jax- Nia ran into Charlotte but the Queen escaped from the ring to get out of Nia’s range. Nia was in a rage and it was frustrating for her that Charlotte was escaping every now and then.

The two women were finally locked up and then Charlotte slapped Nia to get into the grove. The slap was humiliating for Nia as it charged her up and she was all over the Rw Women’s champion. After some lusty blows, Nia placed Charlotte in the bottom of the corner post but missed the rearview.

Charlotte kicked repetitively on Nia’s chest and gained momentum. She then caught Nia from the back of her neck near the rope. She then rocked her spine and back of the neck by rocking them on the top rope. After the commercial, Charlotte was caught in a side headlock and Nia then sent her to the corner post. When Nia tried bamming into Charlotte in the corner, the queen escaped from the precarious position and Nia went shoulder-first into the post.

Nia then got up and placed a Samoan drop, she tried going for the leg drop, but Charlotte escaped and then kicked Nia on her face. In the closing moments, Charlotte was working on Nia’s right leg as she was making it vulnerable for a Figure 8. However, Nia kicked Charlotte from behind and the latter went facefirst into the middle turnbuckle.

This gave Nia the opening she needed. She then picked up Charlotte on her shoulders and hit her with a freakish spine buster to pick up a win over the Raw Women’s Champion.

Backstage- Randy Orton & Riddle talk about their upcoming match for the night.

 

 

Karrion Kross vs. Humberto Carrillo- Kross tried to gain the upper hand right after the bell rang, but Humberto’s quickness made the former rethink his strategy. A clothesline and some lusty blows helped Kross take the upper hand and get going.

Karrion sent Humberto right into the corner post and then body locks him for a suplex. Karrion went for a cover, but Humberto kicked out at two-count. Humberto brought the fight to Karrion by hitting him with a sidekick on the face. He then tried a high-flier splash from the top turnbuckle but only to be caught with a vicious elbow.

Humberto was almost out now. In the closing moments, a Doomsday Saito Suplex followed by a Kross Jacket was all that was needed for Karrion Kross to pick up a victory.

Eva Marie vs. Doudrop- The mentor and her prodigy are set to collide for the first time. Doudrop didn’t even wait for the bell to ring and laid a sneak attack on Eva Marie. Doudrop slammed Eva Marie on the mat, splashed back-first on her, and then ended up a running crossbody on her. As the bell was not rung, the match never started, and then the match was called off with Eva not able to compete. Eva Marie doing the good old “Eva Marie things.”

Somewhere Outside- In yet another outside segment, 24/7 Champion Reggie is seen successfully hopping the chase from R-Truth and Akira Tozawa.

 

 

Interview- Goldberg was interviewed somewhere outside and he was seen limping after some work done on his injured knee. Goldberg said that this time he won’t come after the WWE Championship, but he will come after Bobby Lashley to take his soul after what he did to his son at Summerslam.

 

 

United States Championship: Drew McIntyre vs. Sheamus vs. Damian Priest- Three legitimated heavyweights are in the ring competing for the United States Championship. Sheamus was the first to fall prey to both Damian Priest and Drew McIntyre. The Irishman was taken outside the ring and Priest splashed over him from the middle and top rope.

Sheamus went on to show some offense as he hit hard right hands on both Damian Priest and Drew outside the ring, but the latter sends him running towards Priest who was standing next to the barricade of the timekeeper area. Damian lifted the Irishman to duck him into the Timekeeper area.

As we returned from the commercial, Priest locked Sheamus in a triangle hold, but the latter turned it into a pinfall which the champion barely got rid of. The two men inside the ring, only until Sheamus hit 10 chest chops on the ropes to the champion to send him outside.

Drew now got into the thick of things and threw Sheamus across the ring with two belly-to-belly suplexes. Drew tried going for a Future Shock DDT, but Sheamus escaped it. Drew then rushed into Sheamus in the corner, but the latter moves out of the way, and Drew get slammed shoulder first into the post.

After a while, Drew McIntyre and the champion Damian Priest were in the ring. Drew hit Damina with a picture-perfect Driver slam and went for a pin, which the champion barely survived. The two men then went on the top turnbuckle exchanging blows, until Sheamus joins them. The Celtic Warrior first hits Drew with some blows, sending him partially down, and then move up to superplex the champ. Drew displays his core strength and pulled down both Sheamus and Priest on the mat.

After the commercial, Sheamus and Drew McIntyre were in the ring exchanging blows. Sheamus slammed Drew back-first on the mat and then get him under a lifted sharpshooter, which Priest broke up with a kick on the side of the face of Sheamus.

Priest tried going for his finisher “Reckoning” on Drew, but Sheamus hit him with a Brogue Kick. Drew then placed Sheamus in a Future Shock DDT and gets himself set for a Claymore, but Sheamus turns into a running knee.

The match had everything so far and the crowd was chanting “This is Awesome.” In the closing moments, everything happened very quickly. Drew hit Sheamus with a Brogue kick to take him out of the equation, and then it was Reckoning calling as Damian hit a vicious finisher to floor Drew McIntyre and surprisingly pinned him to earn a victory.

After the match got over, Drew McIntyre showered respect for Damian Priest and shook his hands.

 

 

The Viking Raiders vs. Jinder Mahal & Veer- Ivar and Veer started off the proceedings. Ivar caught Veer in a side headlock and then bashed him on the mat. He tagged Erik for a while, who put Ivar over in a slam placed on top of Veer. 

The Viking Raiders were all over Veer, who was desperate for an opening. Finally, a running splash helped Veer get into the grove, and then he tagged in Jinder. The Modern-Day Maharaja worked on Ivar and soon tagged Veer, a back & forth tag between Veer & Jinder that saw them taking control over The Viking Raiders.

In the closing moments, Jinder and Veer were sent outside the ring, and Ivar jumped off the apron to take Veer & Shanky as Jinder escaped harm’s way. Jinder then rolled Ivar inside the ring and send him towards the rope without realizing that Erik tagged himself in. Finally, Erik & Ivar hit their combined finisher to pick up a win.

Rhea Ripley (with Nikki A.S.H) vs. Shayna Baszler (with Nia Jax)- Rhea attacked Shayna from behind as the latter was listening to Nia Jax speaking about her match later tonight against Charlotte Flair. Ripley tried to get control, but Shayna hit a kick right on the side face of Rhea and followed the suit with one more kick.

Rhea was rocked by the kick as Shayna’s offense was proving too much for Rhea. Shayna got creative by putting Rhea’s right hand in the apron and stomping on it. Rhea was in pain and agony now, and Shayna was all over her.

As we returned from the commercial, Shayna Baszler was in total control and kicking Rhea Ripley on the chest in the middle of the ring. Rhea was resilient though and calling Shayna to take her shots. Shayna went for another kick on the chest, but Rhea caught her this time and hit a kick of her own.

In the closing moments, Nia Jax attacked Nikki near ringside and hit her with a Samoan drop. This distracted Rhea and Shayna tried rolling her up for a pin, but instead, Rhea caught her in a roll-up pin of her own and earns the victory. After the match got over, Nia attacked Rhea in ambush and hit her with a Samoan Drop.

In the ring- Damian Priest, the United States Champion, kicks off the night. Damian Priest talks about opening the night and addresses the WWE Universe by saying “Welcome to Monday Night Raw.”

Everyone in the arena was chanting “You Deserve It” and Damian Priest acknowledged the warm reception he received. He says that he wants to carry forward the legacy of the United States Championship like his predecessor did in the past like Rey Mysterio, Jeff Hardy & John Cena. Therefore, he goes ahead and issues an open challenge for the United States Championship.

As he was talking, Sheamus entered the picture and said that he will beat the hell out of Priest and win back his United States Championship. Sheamus was interrupted by Drew McIntyre this time around.

The Scottish Warrior said that he has done it all in the company and won several championships but the United States Championship has eluded him. He challenges Priest for the championship tonight but gets interrupted by MVP and the All-Mighty WWE Champion Bobby Lashley.

As soon as MVP and Bobby Lashley walked the ramp, everyone in the arena chanted “Goldberg.” MVP talked about the fact that Bobby Lashley needs to become a double champ by defeating Damian Priest for the United States Championship. As he was talking, surprisingly RK-Bro entered the picture, and Randy Orton ripped off Bobby Lashley calling him a “son of a bitch.”

Lashley didn’t like it and said that he wants to fight RK-Bro for the Tag-Team Championship and become a double champ. Riddle threw the challenge from his side that he and Randy are ready to face MVP & Lashley tonight.

WWE authority figures Sonya Deville & Adam Pearce also came out and made two matches official for the night. A triple threat US Championship match between Drew McIntyre, Sheamus & Damian Priest, and a tag-team match MVP & Bobbly Lashley vs. RK-Bro.
