WWE Raw: Sheamus ‘NOT VACATING’ his United States Championship Title: Despite getting his nose fractured during the match against Humberto Carrillo this past week on Monday Night Raw, the reigning United States Champion is not in any mood to relinquish his title.
Sheamus took to his Twitter account and posted a picture of him with a caption reading, ”sorry NOT VACATING. #USChampion”

Humberto Carrillo left Sheamus busted open last week on Raw!
Sheamus was involved in back-to-back bouts against Ricochet and Humberto Carrillo this past week on Monday Night WWE Raw. Ricochet was the first to humble the United States champion thanks to a distraction from Humberto. After losing to Ricochet, the Celtic Warrior faced Humberto Carrillo. During the match, Carrillo planted a stiff strike on the United Champions’ face that left him busted open.
Daaaamn, 2nd botch by Humberto Carrillo during this feud, first he hurts himself then he hurts Sheamus

From the naked eye, it seemed like Sheamus may have broken his nose. Later it was revealed that Sheamus did fracture his nose. However, the match didn’t stop there as the two continued their battle. But eventually, it was Sheamus who succumbed to his second defeat of the night courtesy of a slight distraction from Ricochet, who was present outside the ring.
What fate lies for The United States Championship?
With Sheamus refusing to relinquish his United States Championship, things are bound to get interesting if the title gets defended at the Hell in a Cell pay-per-view. Humberto Carrillo and Ricochet are the two front runners to challenge the Celtic Warrior for a Championship match. Therefore, if Sheamus is fit to defend his title at the Hell in a Cell PPV, we might see a triple threat match at the PPV involving both Humberto Carrillo and Ricochet.
