Among the superstars who cut a promo, the Monster Among Men- Braun Strowman was also among them and made it clear that whoever crosses his paths will “get these hands.” Here’s what he said,

“I can’t wait to get back competing on the road and anyone that gets in my way is gonna get these hands.”

WWE Posted this promo on their official Instagram handle. However, the one man who wasn’t thoroughly impressed with the promo was the Irishmen and the current United States Champion Sheamus. Taking a jibe on Strowman’s statement, Sheamus replied with a solitary word: ‘yawn.’ Below is the screenshot of the post.

WWE Raw: Sheamus and Strowman aren’t unknown to each other when it comes to in-ring work!

Sheamus and Strowman have been involved in decent feuds in the past. Their first ever feud started when Braun Strowman defeated The Bar (tag team of Sheamus and Cesaro) for the Raw Tag Team Championship at Wrestlemania 34. Strowman’s partner in that match was a random 10-year old kid named Nicholas, whom he picked from the audience on the night of the match. Later it got revealed that Nicholas was the son of one of the WWE officials.

Also, Sheamus and Strowman have been involved in one-on-one battles where mostly Strowman has overpowered his counterpart.

Could Strowman be the next challenger for Sheamus’ United States Championship?

Possibilities have knocked on the door of the Monster Among Men, courtesy of Sheamus’ comment. Strowman, who hasn’t competed since losing the triple-threat WWE Championship match at Wrestlemania Backlash, could challenge Sheamus for the United States Championship and start a new feud with the Irishmen.
