WWE Rumors & News: Paul Heyman fueled rumors on Brock Lesnar’s return

Paul Heyman has changed his Facebook profile photo late last night. One can see Roman Reigns grounded on the mat, Paul Heyman watching from the ringside, while Brock Lesnar’s right palm was visible in the picture. It is a picture of Wrestlemania 31 main event that saw Lesnar standing tall against Roman until Rollins came out to cash in his Money in the Bank contract and spoiled the party. There could be a possibility of Paul Heyman just trolling with his fans because Brock Lesnar is yet to sign a new contract with the company after August 2020, and therefore a possible return looks gloomy.

Fans are speculating that Heyman is teasing a potential Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar at some stage, as this match has always grabbed eyeballs. Also, this a hot topic among fans that who will Paul Heyman align with once Brock Lesnar returns to the company.

WWE Rumors & News: What is Brock Lesnar’s current status with the company?

 Lesnar last competed in an empty WWE Performance Center hosted Wrestlemania 36 where he defended his WWE Championship against Royal Rumble 2020 winner Drew McIntyre. Unfortunately, he lost the title to Drew and never showed up on WWE TV.

Lesnar’s contract expired in August 2020, and as of now, he is yet to get on terms with the company for new paperwork. Reportedly, WWE wanted Lesnar to show up at WWE Summerslam 2021, but the deal didn’t strike as there was something with the creatives that wasn’t fitting. Lesnar is reportedly in WWE’s future plans, but there is no word yet on his possible return date.
