Shinsuke Nakamura vs. King Corbin for the Crown
WWE Smackdown Next Week: Shinsuke Nakamura and King Corbin have been fighting for weeks now to get their hands on the crown. Nakamura has been a pain in the eye for King Corbin for the last 4 weeks or so. Nakamura has been humiliating the King week after week by escaping with his crown. The two will finally settle their score next week when they collide for a one-on-one match.
However, there’s one interesting stipulation, the winner of the bout will get possession of the crown so that there won’t be any discrepancies between the two.
Big E & Kevin Owens vs. Apollo Crews & Commander Azeez
WWE Smackdown Next Week: The much-awaited in-ring debut of Commander Azeez is due to happen next week. Azeez will align with his master Apollo Crews to take on the team of Big E & Kevin Owens. Apollo Crews teamed up with Sami Zayn tonight to take on Big E & Kevin Owens. After losing the match, a miffed Apollo Crews blamed Sami Zayn for the loss and issued a challenge against Big E & Kevin Owens to face him and Commander Azeez next week.
The bout was made official later by WWE on their Twitter handle. With this match, Commander Azeez will be making his in-ring debut for the Blue Brand, and it would be interesting to see how this colossal figure will get the better of decorated superstars like Kevin Owens & Big E.
