WWE Smackdown: Roman Reigns’ special counsel Paul Heyman, appeared in an interview for the New York Post where he opened up about the possibility of adding former Smackdown Women’s Champion Naomi to The Bloodline.
WWE Smackdown: Paul Heyman reveals if Naomi will join The Usos & Roman Reigns “The Bloodline”
The Bloodline currently comprises the Universal Champion Roman Reigns and his cousins The Usos (Jimmy & Jey), who are also the Smackdown Tag-Team Champions. Naomi has moved to the Blue brand two weeks back, and the fans are already speculating that she might get induced in The Bloodline sooner rather than later.
Paul Heyman gave his views on this possibility and indicated that the former Smackdown Women’s Champion could already be a part of the stable. He said,
“At the moment I think we are addressing the enormous box office attractions that are now coming back seemingly all the time against the Tribal Chief and the fact that The Usos, who are reigning defending SmackDown tag team champions, are being pushed to the limit by the best tag team to come along besides The Usos in the past 20 years, the Street Profits.
We are telling quite a few stories right now. As the year continues and we get into 2022, are there more stories to tell involving other personalities? I’m sure that there are. And just because someone is not on television with us doesn’t mean they are not within eyesight of The Bloodline and doesn’t mean they’re not a member of The Bloodline. It just means we’re not presenting them on TV as such.”
WWE Smackdown: Fans are not amused with the way Naomi is getting treated on the Blue brand
Namoi changed brands only two weeks back, and fans are already unamused with the way she is being treated on the Blue brand. Naomi was seen asking WWE authority figure Sonya Deville for a match, but two weeks in a row, Sonya has almost ignored her plea.- This could be a part of a storyline that might see her turn heel and eventually get instated as a part of The Bloodline. It would be interesting to see how far this ignorance from Sonya Deville will go.
