WWE Smackdown Results & Highlights: Check full analysis, recap, videos and grades; Check full results 14th November, 2020

WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns makes his way to the ring alongside Paul Heyman. Reigns saunters down to the ring and poses with pyrotechnics going off. Reigns asks Heyman what to call this place. It’s the Island of Relevancy. Heyman says Reigns makes everyone relevant. Reigns says the numbers and analytics don’t lie. You can look at it in the flesh. Just look at Jey Uso. Before he was the twin you didn’t know which was which. Now in the past two weeks he’s emerged. Two weeks ago, he destroyed Daniel Bryan. Last week, he destroyed Kevin Owens. At Survivor Series, Jey will lead Reigns’ team into Survivor Series and win.

Reigns says that night he’ll beat the secondary champion Randy Orton. If you think about Orton, and Reigns doesn’t, you can respect the accomplishments without respecting the man himself.

Drew McIntyre’s music hits, and the former WWE Champion (and current Raw Superstar), makes his way to the ring. McIntyre says it’s been a minute to Reigns. McIntyre asks Heyman if he missed him. McIntyre says he knows how valuable Reigns’ time is, but he heard him talking about Orton. Reigns won’t be facing Orton at Survivor Series. This Monday, McIntyre will face Orton for the WWE Championship. At Survivor Series, he’ll face Reigns.

A lot has changed since the last time they were in the ring together. When was that? It was when McIntyre eliminated Reigns to win the Royal Rumble. Since then he made Heyman’s client his bitch and defeated him at WrestleMania. Reigns disappeared before WrestleMania, leaving the fans high and dry. Someone had to step up and it was Drew McIntyre. Reigns sees being a top guy as a right, but McIntyre is the top guy now.

Reigns says he respects McIntyre and what he said was true, but he’s back now. Ever since he came back, no one knows who McIntyre is. Reigns doesn’t watch Raw (Heyman says nobody does). Reigns says no one watches Raw — they watch SmackDown for him. Now that McIntyre failed his audition, he should say who he is. McIntyre asks Reigns if he really wants to know who he is. McIntyre says he’s the guy that will beat Randy Orton for the WWE Championship on Raw, he’ll head to Survivor Series as WWE Champion, and he’s the guy who will show Reigns who the secondary champion really is.

Jey Uso runs down and steps between them. Uso says this isn’t Monday. It’s Friday Night SmackDown. They run this show. What is McIntyre doing here? McIntyre is being real disrespectful. Daniel Bryan and Kevin Owens were disrespectful and he got them. It seems like he has to get McIntyre, too. Uso challenges McIntyre to a match. Uso drops the microphone before McIntyre can say anything, so McIntyre shoves him down. Reigns holds Uso back and stares at McIntyre. Reigns and Uso then leave the ring.

Rey Mysterio and Seth Rollins will battle in a No Holds Barred Match later tonight. Sami Zayn will defend the WWE Intercontinental Championship against Apollo Crews, next

We go backstage to see Roman Reigns shouting at Jey Uso. Reigns runs this show. Nobody told Jey Uso to interfere in his business or make matches for himself. Reigns makes the decisions around here. Uso says he’ll handle it and walks off.

WWE Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn is already in the ring. Zayn says he found out at 7 p.m. that he has to defend his title against Apollo Crews, a former United States Champion… on one hour notice! This is sabotage by WWE, but he’ll get through it. It’ll be an opportunity to show Bobby Lashley the difference between the US Champion and the Intercontinental Champion. Zayn had to beat two future WWE Hall of Famers just to get the title back he never lost. Who else has hadu to do that?

WWE Official Adam Pearce is backstage with Drew McIntyre. Since he’s a Raw Superstar, he can’t sanction the match. If he still wants to fight, it’ll be unsanctioned. McIntyre still wants to fight.

Rey Mysterio and his family are being interviewed backstage. Mysterio says Seth Rollins taking his eye out wasn’t as bad as him targeting his family. Rollins is the devil and he will put him down.

Drew McIntyre will face Jey Uso in an Unsanctioned Match later tonight.

Footage is shown of Sasha Banks defeating Bayley to retain the SmackDown Women’s Championship last week on SmackDown. Carmella attacked Banks after the match.

SmackDown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks says the haters said she could win it, but not retain it… but she’s still the champion. Damn, it feels good. With all the highs and lows she’s been through, it’s enough for anybody… but not her. She’s on top of the Women’s Division. Everyone in the locker room is on notice. She knows Carmella is in the back watching…

Bayley’s music hits, and she comes out to the ring shouting at Banks. Carmella then turns Banks around and superkicks her. Carmella then hits a sit-out facebuster. Carmella poses in the ring and stands over Banks.

Otis is wildly eating backstage with three plates of food in front of him. Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode walk up and make fun of him for losing his one friend and his Money in the Bank briefcase. Otis shouts at them to shut up and flips the table. They run off.

Tribute to the Troops returns in December.

Otis clubs away at Ziggler before avalanching him in the corner. Roode gets on the apron, so Otis punches him off. Ziggler drops Otis with a Zig-Zag for a near fall. Ziggler sizes Otis up for a superkick, but Otis blocks it. Otis scoop slams Ziggler before hitting the Caterpillar Elbow Drop. Otis gets on the middle rope and scares Roode away. Otis then hits a Vader Bomb for the win.

Winner by Pinfall: Otis

Seth Rollins is shown talking to Murphy. Rollins will face Rey Mysterio in a No Holds Barred Match, next.

Otis is getting fired up backstage about staying on track and going for his targets. Chad Gable walks up and says Otis needs more discipline and gives him a pamphlet for Alpha Academy. Otis likes it.
