WWE Smackdown: Seth Rollins attacked Edge in an ambush last week on Friday Night WWE Smackdown. The budding rivalry between these two individuals has been heating week after week, and last week Seth’s attack from behind proved how eager he is to get his hands on the Rated-R Superstar.
Seth is not leaving any stone unturned to humiliate Edge ahead of their possible clash at WWE Summerslam PPV on August 21. Today, he took to his official Twitter account and retweeted a post uploaded by WWE’s official handle that saw Seth beating the hell out of Edge on Smackdown last week. Commenting on the post, Seth wrote, “On this day, I see clearly #ROLLINSFOREVER.” Check the post below,

These are the initials of Edge’s entrance music. Reacting to the post by WWE, Seth Rollins mocked Edge by using the opening line of the Rated-R Superstar’s entrance music.
WWE Smackdown: Things have been boiling between the two for weeks
Edge vs. Seth Rollins has been in the making since 2014 when Seth was almost going to stomp the injured neck of the former 11-time World Champion. Back then, Edge was nursing his broken neck but little did anyone knew that he would make perhaps the resplendent comeback of all time at Royal Rumble PPV in 2020 as entry number 21.
Seth cost Edge the Universal title at WWE Money in the Bank PPV when he intervened in his match against Roman Reigns. Since then, the two have been going at each other week after week, with Seth Rollins having the upper hand last week on the Blue brand. With Summerslam almost 3 weeks away, consider Seth Rollins vs. Edge locked for the PPV event. It would be perhaps the best stage to settle their rivalry that has been seven years in the making.
