Heading into the PPV event, there have been rumors that multiple title changes could take place. Let’s delve into these possibilities and see which title may change hands at the Biggest Party of the Summer.

WWE Summerslam: Universal Championship

Roman Reigns and John Cena would be headlining this year’s Summerslam. John Cena made a shocking return last month at Money in the Bank PPV and walked straight into the face of Roman Reigns to let him know that he is back in business.

The two formidable opponents have had only one encounter back in 2017 at the No Mercy PPV, where John Cena fell short. However, this time around, the two characters have had a contrasting change from 2017. Roman Reigns is the Head of the Table now, meanwhile, John Cena has returned with the 17th World Title on his radar. He has dictated the promo segments so far & looking in his zone to capture his 17th World Title at the PPV.

WWE Summerslam: Smackdown Tag-Team Championship

The Usos will be defending their Smackdown Tag-Team Championship against a familiar foe in The Mysterio’s. The two teams have been going at each other for months, and Summerslam would possibly be the final nail in the coffin of this rivalry.

In recent weeks on WWE Smackdown, The two teams have battled in several one-on-one matches and have got the better of each other on different occasions. There would be adrenaline rushing inside The Mysterio’s as they would be looking to seize an opportunity at a big stage like Summerslam and reclaim the Smackdown Tag-Team Titles.

WWE Summerslam: Raw Women’s Championship

The Raw Women’s Championship will see Nikki A.S.H defending her title against Rhea Ripley and the queen Charlotte Flair. Odds are not backing the champ as her first-ever title defense would be in a triple-threat environment.

The triple-threat rules make Nikki A.S.H and her championship defense vulnerable. Charlotte Flair has looked rapacious in the build-up of this match, and she could be the one taming both Nikki A.S.H and Rhea Ripley to reclaim the Raw Women’s Championship.

WWE Summerslam: United States Championship

The Celtic Warrior Sheamus defeated Riddle at Wrestlemania 37 to claim the United States Championship. Since then, he has kept the title in his possession and defeated everyone who came in his way.

Now, the Celtic Warrior faces an upheaval opponent in the form of Damian Priest, who has already defeated two weeks back on WWE Raw. It is high time for WWE to elevate Priest as a fierce performer on the main roster. Allowing him to face the United States Champion Sheamus is the right step ahead, and at the end of Saturday night, expect Damian Priest to walk out the Allegiant Stadium as your new United States Champion.
