WWE Summerslam: Will Cena be available for Summerslam in time?
The mathematics is simple here if the shooting starts after August 21, then it won’t affect Cena’s WWE commitments however if it is the other way round, John Cena should appear at WWE Summerslam.
On the contrary, if the shooting starts before Summerslam PPV, then things will also depend on the COVID-19 protocols, filming schedule, and insurance.
Previously, The Rock also got barred from wrestling following insurance trouble. He was prevented from wrestling while also filming in the movies in the past. It would be interesting to see how things will pan out for the 16-time World Champion.
WWE Summerslam: What will WWE plan if Cena doesn’t make it to Summerslam?
As of now, Cena is rumored to take on Roman Reigns at the Summerslam PPV. The two men are supposed to headline Summerslam and settle their differences. However, if Cena doesn’t make it to Summerslam, WWE will have a lot of rethinking to do. They will look to replace John Cena with some other guy who can take on Roman Reigns. Edge and Seth Rollins are seemingly the best options as of now.
