The Yuvraj Singh Foundation has partnered with the India Fight Corona movement, a joint initiative by popular hand wash and hygiene brand Lifebuoy @lifebuoysoap and digital payment brand Paytm @paytm.
Yuvraj Singh has taken to his certified twitter handle @YUVSTRONG12 to urge the people to generously contribute to the fight against COVID-19, which still have no anti dose and can only be tackled and evaded by maintaining high hygiene and avoiding the virus careers, who cannot be identified. Thus the key lies in keeping distance as the virus has been spreading from persons to persons.
“Indian Government is making tremendous efforts to protect the countrymen from Coronavirus. At such a time we all must support the Government efforts,” Yuvraj said in the 107 second video posted with the tweet.
While educating masses about how to cough and sneeze; not to touch face, eyes and nose; avoid public gatherings and properly washing hands with soap, the former India cricketer also expressed confidence that “together we will be able to stop Coronavirus from spreading”.
He further said that in these tough times, his “YouWeCan foundation, team of doctors and volunteers were mobilising help and relief materials to high risk areas like orphanages and old age homes,” and urged people to contribute to the cause trough “India Fights Corona” movement.
