Saifuddin, who had an off-colour day with the ball till the death overs, turned tables in the ongoing third and final ODI between Zimbabwe and Bangladesh in Harare.
The right-arm quick had claimed no wickets till his 7th over during Zimbabwe’s batting innings. Things turned for a toss in Bangladesh’s favour after Saifuddin claimed Ryan Burl’s wicket. Burl, who had jammed a 112-run partnership with Raza looked in solid form before he fell prey to Saifuddin’s bowling. Burl, who smashed 59 off 43 was caught at long-on as he attempted a lofted shot on a shot pf length outside off delivery bowled by Saifuddin.

Bangladesh’s pacer then tumbled Chatara in the same over and claimed three wickets. Prior to his bowling in the 49th over, Saifuddin had been wicketless and highly uneconomical wherein in 7 overs he leaked 79 runs. Despite his bowling cameos that emerged in the death overs, he concluded the innings with a haywire economy of 10.90.
